Classification : AWS : A 5.5 E 7010 GDescription The mild steel welding electrode, mild steel electrodes provides a deep penetration forceful arc with readily removable thin friable slag and deposits a flat bead with high melting rate. Mild steel electrodes, mild steel welding electrodes gives excellent weld pool control, good penetration, low spatter, smooth arc, with fast freezing weld metal.Typical Applications : Used in joining of cross country pipelines, pressure pipelines, storage tanks and for welding of high strength pipeline & pipe steel suitable for use in root, capping & filling runs in 5 LX 52 to 5 LX 60 grade pipeline.
