This austebtitic stainless steel filler wire rods with low carbon conformd to AWS SFA5, 9 ER 308L, 309L class, The weld metal is very good resistant to inter granular corrosion with free porosity and moltan pool, the content of weld metal is of controlled ferrite U.T.S. : 55-65Kg/mm2. Elongation: 30-40% Typical application in welding of AISI-ASTM 308, 304, 304L, 316, 316Ltype stainless steel plates, sheets, pipes, fabricating equipments for dairy, chemical and fertilizer industries, oil reiberies, specially used for root run. Sheild Gas: argaon +2% Oxigen.
Typical Application :
This austentic stainless steel wire is used for welding AISI steels 321 and 347, It is used on 18/8 steel stabillized with Titanium Or Niobium, in the manufacture of equipment for chemical, food and aircraft industries.
