Low Heat Input Electrode :
We bring a balanced chemistry electrode that results in less heat input due to a closer arc gap that is easily maintained while welding. Made of high quality raw material our low heat input electrodes are more tolerable and have outstanding performance. The coating ensures dense porosity free deposits, and the slag is virtually self lifting. It has high tensile value that yields maximum strength with excellent corrosion resistance.

Technical Data : Hardness of pure deposit: 56 - 58 RC Typical Applications : To surface parts subject to heavy abrasive wear and mild impact : digger teeth, drills, conveyor screws, cutting and forming tools, punches, hot work dies, shear blades, crusher hammers, crane wheels, conveyor buckets & conveyor parts, plough-shares, cultivators, pulverisers, skids mixers, oil expeiler worm, etc. Also manganese a steel parts subject to high abrasion. Properties : Basic electrode with excellent welding characteristics. Economical for making hard overlays in all position. Gives regular beads. The deposit is hard, tough and free from porosities. |
