Typical applications in welding of stainless steels, tank coil, vats used in the pulp, paper and textile industry, chemical mixers, paints and dye industries.

Classification : AWS:SFA5.4E410-15 Ni MoX Description : It is heavy coated basic type hydrogen controlled electrode, used for welding and surfacing of 13% Cr, 4% Ni type martensitic - ferritic chromium steel. It gives impact properties upto minus 29°C, the weld metal has radiographic quality easily removable slag. Typical Applications : Welding and surfacing of turbines, armature, valves, pumps. Welding for similar composition of casting steel, welding of martenistic / ferritic stainless steel of 13% cr, 4% Ni. |
